Kirk Pfeiffer
Kirk Pfeiffer’s illustrious career spans decades as a celebrated force in entertainment, arts education, and pageantry. A Broadway veteran, Kirk has captivated audiences worldwide with standout performances in iconic productions such as A Chorus Line, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Grease, and Oklahoma, as well as Broadway workshops for Footloose, Fosse, and Tap Dogs. Renowned for his versatility and magnetic stage presence, Kirk’s talent and artistry have established him as one of the industry’s most dynamic performers.

At his heart, Kirk is an educator. For over 25 years, he has dedicated himself to shaping the next generation of artists and leaders as a professor of theatre and dance. His work spans schools, universities, and professional training programs, leaving an indelible impact on students across the nation. A proud alumnus of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Kirk’s own training informs his rigorous yet nurturing teaching style.

Beyond the classroom, Kirk has made significant contributions to nonprofit leadership, serving on numerous national boards for arts and cultural organizations. A seasoned adjudicator in pageantry and performing arts competitions, he combines his expertise and insight to elevate the craft and confidence of countless contestants and performers.

As a creative visionary, Kirk has written, directed, and choreographed over 30 original musicals. His tenure as Artistic Director for prominent theaters in North and South Carolina and his production of the acclaimed Off-Broadway musical My Princess Diana in NYC solidify his reputation as a master storyteller and innovative leader.

Kirk’s journey began on the glamorous stage of Miss America, where he performed as a dancer and singer. Transitioning to coaching, choreography, and directing, he has guided countless contestants to success, including Brooke Mosteller, Miss South Carolina 2013, and Madelyn Cline, star of Netflix’s Outer Banks. His students regularly achieve success on Broadway, in Disney productions, on-screen, and in international tours—testaments to his unparalleled mentorship.

Scott Pfeiffer
As a dynamic arts educator, director, and non-profit leader, Scott has dedicated a career to fostering creativity and excellence in the performing arts. As the Executive Director of the Charleston Performing Arts Center and Broadway Access, Scott has been instrumental in transforming the organization into a vibrant hub for artistic expression and education. With expertise spanning theatre production, directing, teaching, and non-profit management, Scott combines a creative vision with strategic leadership to deliver high-quality productions and impactful arts education programs. From financial planning and grant writing to scenic and lighting design, Scott ensures every project is executed precisely and purposefully.

In the realm of arts education, Scott co-founded the South Carolina Musical Theatre Conservatory, where he developed and taught curricula that bridge professional theatrical careers with hands-on training. His courses on acting and the History of Musical Theatre have empowered countless students to pursue their artistic passions with confidence and knowledge. As a theatre director for organizations like the James Island Junior Theater, Scott has nurtured the talents of young performers, emphasizing character development, teamwork, and professionalism. His innovative approach to rehearsal and performance planning includes the creation of comprehensive standards and expectations, ensuring clarity and success for both performers and their families.

A prolific producer and director, Scott has co-written, directed, and designed over 30 original musicals and revues, along with several beloved book musicals. The Wizard of Oz, Annie, Sweet Charity, Beach Blanket Big Band, and Addams Family showcase his talent for blending storytelling with technical artistry. Scott also served as executive producer of the off-Broadway production of My Princess Diana. Scott brings a comprehensive approach to production, serving various roles such as writer, director, scenic designer, and lighting designer—skills honed over years of experience and collaboration with industry professionals.

Beyond theatre, Scott is an accomplished pageant coach, who uses his extensive performance, direction, and education background to help contestants achieve their goals. By focusing on confidence, poise, and preparation, Scott provides tailored coaching that equips participants to shine on stage and beyond. This unique combination of skills positions Scott as a trusted mentor and guide in the competitive world of pageantry.
